Cooking for Crowds

Cooking for Crowds is an food safety training for community volunteers who handle food for food fundraisers, recognition events, and bereavement meals. The training identifies the food safety risks when cooking large amounts of food. Attendees will learn how to handle food safely to reduce the risk of foodborne illnesses.

This training can be viewed individually or in a group from a laptop, tablet, smartphone, or any device with internet access.

Registration is $20, which includes a Cooking for Crowds manual and a certificate of participation.

If you have received a training manual and then cancel the class, there will be a $5.00 cancellation fee. The class registration can be used towards a different Cooking for Crowds training date.
