Contract Submission Form
This submission link is for contracts that are related to events such as venue/space rental contracts, catering contracts, fairground rental and other event related contracts that require an authorized signature from MSU to be fully executed. If your contract is associated with a grant or service agreement, please contact MSU Extension Grant Services for those affiliated with MSU Extension. Please upload event contracts requiring university approval, prior to execution or payment. The standard review process can take 15-30 business days depending on the complexity of the contract.
Please note this contract submission process does not include facilitation of deposits or payments that are required of the contract. You must follow the standard payment processes of your institute or department once the signed contract is returned to you.
