You know that eating healthy is important for you and your family. But you might be surprised at how easy and affordable it can be. What if you could improve your health and eat great-tasting, healthy foods every day of the week? That's what Prescription for Health, St. Louis Farmers Market is all about. This free six session class will help you select and prepare quick and healthy meals and snacks using fresh produce from the farmers market. Dress comfortably. You'll want to stroll through the farmers market after class.

There will be an enrollment meeting for Prescription for Health members on Thursday, July 18, 2019 at 5:30 p.m. at MidMichigan Medical Center - Gratiot, 300 E. Warwick Drive, Alma, Wilcox Auditorium. The enrollment class is required.
Registration for Prescription for Health, St. Louis Farmers Market 3 is open.
Registration closes at 11:59 p.m. on July 17, 2019.
