Application for MSU Sensory Testing
The MSU Sensory Lab has a mission to make sensory and consumer insights accessible to food and beverage entrepreneurs. For companies just starting out, the Sensory Lab offers a low-cost ($160) student-led research program for MSU Product Center clients that will be held this fall. This registration is an opportunity to apply to be selected for this program. Four companies will be selected to participate in this research program on September 11 and invoiced $160 before the work begins. Participating companies will provide samples of the licensed products being tested.
The selected companies will be expected to participate virtually or in person in the following:
- an initial meeting with the students that will be scheduled for Oct. 14 or 16, 1:50-3:40 p.m. ET
- the final discovery presentation Dec. 11, 12:45-2:45 p.m. (in person preferred)
