How much should I really charge for a quart of tomatoes?
Achieving farm profitability is a challenge for all agricultural businesses. Determining your prices in conjunction with your profit goals is a key to success. Joannee DeBruhl, of Stone Coop Farm, will walk us through two simple and effective tools she uses to measure and plan for profitability.

This will be a hands on workshop, so please bring a laptop computer, estimated expenses, payroll expenses, and harvest records from last season. If you need a laptop for this class, please let Jae know and MSU Extension will be happy to provide one for you. If you do not have these records, come anyway! There will be much to learn.
