This special 4-day camp will teach youth
to fish and protect our Great Lakes.
All campers will receive fishing rod with reel,
tackle box, camp T-shirt, and snacks!
Camp Sessions will include casting, tackle crafting, fish anatomy,
aquatic ecology, angler ethics, stewardship campaigns, and more.
Campers will participate in a field trip to Haithco Park (Saginaw County)
for more fishing on July 22. Transportation is provided.
This camp is open to 4-H members from Bay, Arenac Saginaw counties between the ages of 8 and 12 as of Jan. 1, 2019.
Camp registration opens on June 14, 2019. The deadline to register is July 8, 2019. Space is limited to 35 participants.
Campers should bring their own lunch each day of camp. On July 22, lunch is included as part of the field trip.
Campers should also plan to bring a reusable water bottle and wear sunscreen, hat, comfortable clothing. Most importantly, campers should plan to have fun!
Cancellations received on or after July 8 will incur a $20 cancellation fee.

Registration closes at 11:59 p.m. on July 8, 2019.
