This event will feature winter malting barley variety and performance trials evaluating 27 varieties at the Don Shelagowski Farm. Speakers will include professionals from the malting and distilling, seed, and farming industries. Dr. Dean Baas will also present on past, current, and potential future research surrounding malting barley. A free networking dinner provided by industry sponsors will also be provided to registered attendees.
Registration is highly encouraged, and those interested are welcome to attend both field days.
