Moving Beyond Cottage Food
Entrepreneurs can learn basic knowledge to guide them in the right direction for becoming a licensed food operator. This workshop will also prepare entrepreneurs for their initial consultation before applying for a food license. Also, learn how to safely prepare foods in commercial kitchen settings.
The Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development Inspector will be available for the Q&A portion of this workshop.
