Costs: (includes continental breakfast and lunch Monday and Tuesday, Monday banquet)
$225 Professional Registrant, $250 after May 24
$125 Student Registrant, $150 after May 24
$45 each additional banquet ticket

Cancellations: Refunds will be issued until May 22 less a $25 administrative fee. After May 22 a $100 cancellation fee will be imposed for all cancellations.

Accommodations:
A block of rooms is currently being held at the Kellogg Hotel and Conference Center at a rate of $111 per night plus taxes. Reservations can be made by calling 800-875-5090. This block of rooms will be released to the general public after May 4, 2018. Reservations can however be made up to the date of the conference at the contracted rate but there are no guarantees that rooms will be available.
