What: Food Preservation - Steam Canning & Water Bath Canning

Learn about steam canning and boiling water bath canning including what foods can be safely preserved using these canning methods.
This will be an interactive, demonstration type class that includes handouts and resources to reference.
The cost of the workshop is $10.00.
This workshop will be taught by Jeannie Nichols, senior MSU Extension food safety educator.
