We will follow up with you to get your pre-sale information if you check the box above to share with particpants. The first follow up will hapen after April 15 to gather our first group of promotions.

Sponsor and Vendor add-on selections

Please review the sponsor flyer before completing this section. Each sponsorship level includes various benefits. Sponsors and vendors who are providing giveaways should plan to provide at least 300 items. Options will be provided to ship these items in advance or they may be brought to the conference but must be on-site by Friday, May 29, 2026 at 2 p.m. to be included in the giveaway materials.

Door prizes are appreciated and welcomed. If a vendor or sponsor would like to supply a door prize please include information on that item in the section below.

Educational Session Submission

If you would like to be considered for an educational session as part of the conference program please complete the sections below. All submissions must be completed by May 10, 2026, any submissions after this date will not be considered. Sessions who are selected will be notified by email.

Lodging Information

Dorm Lodging Information 

Participation in this lodging option requires that all included meals be taken at Brody Square as part of the meal plan.

Single Occupancy Dorm Lodging

May 29-May 31, 2026 - Single AC Dorm - $215 - Includes:

  • Lodging May 29 and May 30
  • May 29: Dinner
  • May 30: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
  • May 31: Breakfast, Lunch

May 30-31, 2026 - Single AC Dorm -$150 - Includes:

  • Lodging May 30 Only
  • May 30: Lunch, Dinner
  • May 31: Breakfast, Lunch

Double Occupancy Dorm Lodging - Only one individual needs to register for this option. Be sure to include the second individuals name below. Each person will receive a key and a meal keycard. Please note the rooms have two single beds. 

May 29-May 31, 2026 – Double Occupancy with Two Single Beds with AC - $365 - Includes:

  • Lodging May 29 and May 30
  • May 29: Dinner for two
  • May 30: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner for two
  • May 31: Breakfast, Lunch for two

May 30-31, 2026 - Double Occupancy with Two Single Beds with AC - $240 - Includes:

  • Lodging May 30 Only
