Fishing Program Volunteer Training
Wednesday, April 29, 2026
1:30 - 3:30 p.m.
Kellogg Bird Sanctuary
12685 E. C Avenue
Augusta, MI 49012
Do you like education, fishing, and being outside? The Kellogg Bird Sanctuary is looking to grow a newer program called Fishing for the Eagles which talks about the food web of Wintergreen Lake, teaches casting skills to youth, and then catches fish to feed our resident Bald Eagles. Volunteers need to be comfortable with handling fish, tackle, and working with youth.
This event is free.
Registration for Fishing Program Volunteer Training is open.
Registration closes at 11:59 p.m. ET on April 27, 2026.
