2026 MSU Tollgate Farm 4-H Stewards Teen Leadership Program

The Tollgate Camp Teen Stewards (Grades 10-12) program is for teens interested in gaining experience leading youth in the quest for fun and environmental education!

As a Steward, students can take the next steps in leadership by volunteering at Tollgate Farm! Stewards will guide campers, collaborate with peers, and assist our educational staff. This final stage in Tollgate’s progressive leadership program showcases Stewards as leaders who are proactive, interactive, and creative problem solvers.

Stewards, grades 10th-12th, serve as a volunteer assistant to the educational leaders and role models for both SITs and campers. First-year Stewards are asked to submit a resume and complete a 20-minute interview.
