2026 Infectious Disease and Immunization Conference
Hosted on Zoom
June 16th and 17th, 2026
8:30 a.m. - 12:30 a.m.
Every year there are several great conference opportunities provided by MDHHS, including the Communicable Disease (CD) Conference and the Immunization Conference. Due to recent changes, these annual conferences will look different this year.
MDHHS recognizes the importance of keeping state and local public health and health care professionals up to date on information regarding vaccinations, communicable disease diagnosis, surveillance, investigation, testing, and reporting. In an effort to continue to provide the latest knowledge and best practices for immunizations and communicable disease guidance, the Immunization and CD conferences are combining efforts this year to host the Michigan Infectious Disease & Immunization Conference in a virtual setting.
Because of funding changes, there will be a cost associated with this year’s conference. These costs ensure that we are able to provide a reliable virtual platform to accommodate the larger combined conference audience. Registration fees will also ensure that we are able to provide a variety of continuing education credits for attendees.
This event is hosted by MDHHS in partnership with MSU Extension.
MDHHS Infectious Disease and Immunization Conference will take place via zoom.
The registration fee for conference attendees is $50 per person for both days or $25 for a single day. Individuals will need to provide payment via credit card at the time of registration. Following your completed registration - if you are unable to attend, we can cancel your registration and refund your monies with notification by June 9th.
Conference date is June 16th and June 17th from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
The registration process begins on May 1st. Registration will close at 11:59 p.m. on June 12th. As more details become available, they will be posted on this webpage. Stay tuned!
