2024 Cover Crop Termination Field Day

This event is an opportunity for farmers and ag professionals to get caught up on the latest recommendations for successful termination across cover crop species. We will tour Dr. Christy Sprague’s and Dr. Karen Renner’s cover crop demonstration plots examining cover crop termination efficacy across timing and method. We will start the morning at the plots located at the MSU Agronomy Farm. After lunch we will tour plots south of the Agronomy Farm, located off of College Rd and Jolly Rd. This event is free, thanks to our sponsor ForGround Bayer. Preregistration by April 19 is greatly encouraged.
