Dining with Diabetes

Dining with Diabetes is a four-session course designed for people at risk of diabetes or who have diabetes, as well as their family members. Through this class, you will learn how to make healthier food choices and plan balanced menus. Participants will also sample several of the delicious recipes found in the class book. The session topics include:

Session 1: Prevent Diabetes Complications (May 15)
Session 2: Carbohydrates & Sweeteners (May 22)
Session 3: Fats & Sodium (May 29)
Session 4: Vitamins, Minerals & Putting It All Together (June 5)

This is a free workshop.
