The Earned Sick Leave Act will become law in Michigan on February 21, 2025. This law revamps the paid sick leave requirements for all Michigan employers, regardless of size. It has important implications for Michigan farmers.
This webinar will detail the provisions of the new law and what farmers will need to do to comply. Rich Stup of Cornell University Agricultural Workforce Development will also discuss how New York farmers addressed a similar law. There will be time for participants to ask questions after the presentation.
