4-H Fabric Craft: Kinusaiga

Join us for a fun and creative Kinusaiga fabric art project! Kinusaiga is a Japanese art technique that uses small pieces of fabric tucked into grooves in a foam board to create a colorful picture or design. No sewing is required! You’ll learn how to layer and secure the fabric to create your own unique piece of artwork. Finished projects make a great craft to enter at the county fair!
All materials are provided.
Ages 8+
Sharp knives and other tools will be used during the project. Youth under 12 must bring their favorite adult to assist them.
Adults who would like to make their own craft must register as a participant as well.
Come try something new, get creative, and make a beautiful project you can be proud to show at the fair!
Cost: $20
There are no refunds for cancellations after Oct. 5th.
