Guidance for Food Handlers on the Management of Halal Food is for food handlers and educators with responsibilities related to nutrition and food. This training will present the key concepts for handling halal food, identifying haram food, and protecting halal food from cross-contamination. The material is designed to complement established food safety knowledge.
This 90-minute training can be viewed individually or in a group from a laptop, tablet, smartphone, or any device with internet access. While there is no cost for this training, registration is required. This webinar is not recorded.
