Thursday, Feb. 12, 2026
12 - 1 p.m. ET
Online via Zoom Webinar
The brain allows you to interact with the world, understand, analyze, and respond to various surroundings. Therefore, a healthy brain is crucial to survival, growth, and everyday successes. Similar to the rest of the body, the brain needs exercise and maintenance in order to optimize and protect its current and future health.
In this workshop we will learn what research has shown about lifestyle choices that helps keep your brain and body healthy as you age. Hear practical ways you can incorporate changes that support healthy aging. We will discuss lifestyle habits that can influence our brain health. The topics we will discuss are:
- Socialization
- Mental stimulation
- Physical activity
- Nutrition
- Sleep
This program is a joint collaboration between MSU Extension and Alzheimer's Association.
This session will be available over Zoom as a live webinar. Instructions to sign in will be sent after registration.
Cost: FREE
