Moving Beyond Cottage Food
Starting Your Food Business: Licensing & Safety Basics
Entrepreneurs will gain essential knowledge to guide them toward becoming licensed food operators. This workshop will help you prepare for your initial consultation before applying for a food license and teach you how to safely prepare foods in a commercial kitchen setting.
A Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (MDARD) Inspector will join us for a live Q&A session to answer your questions.
This free workshop is taught by MSU Extension Food Safety Educators.
