Preserving MI Harvest-Fruits and Vegetables from Fresh to Freezer is an online home food preservation class. During this class, you will learn best practices for freezing fruits and vegetables including the blanching method for vegetables. You will also receive research-based resources to use to ensure the safety of your home-preserved foods.

Classes will be offered on the following dates:

  • June 10, 6-7 p.m. ET
  • July 15, 6-7 p.m. ET
  • Aug. 19, 6-7 p.m. ET
  • Sept. 15, 6-7 p.m. ET
