North Central Region Fall Produce Safety Professional Development Meeting 2025
This two-day Produce Safety Professional Development event will be held on Oct. 2 and 3, 2025, in Northfield, Minnesota (40 miles south of Minneapolis). For those unable to attend in person, some parts will be offered virtually. To attend virtually, please register but select the "attending online" option.
Who Should Come: Everyone who works with the Produce Safety Rule (educators, technicians, regulators, inspectors, etc.) is invited! Join the group in the Minneapolis area for two days of presentations, discussions, and farm visits.
What to Expect: Explore the agenda for a detailed look at the presentations, discussions, and farm visits!
The cost to attend this event is $75. Boxed lunches, drinks and snacks will be provided for both days. Breakfast and dinner are on your own (although group outings are encouraged!)
Meeting Location, Airport, And Lodging:
The meeting will be held at the University of Minnesota - Dakota County Extension Office at 4100 220th Street, Farmington, MN 55024. 651-480-7700.
Air Travel: The closest airport to Northfield, MN is Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport (MSP).
Lodging: A hotel block has been set up at the Country Inn and Suites in Northfield, MN
The $120 rate per night is only available until Sept. 1. After that, you will have to pay a more expensive rate.

Cancellation: Cancellation with a full refund is available until Sept. 22, 2025. No refund can be offered after Sept. 22, 2025.
