Setting Group Goals for Growth - Sept. 17, 2025, at Southeast Michigan
Setting Group Goals for Growth (SG3) is a half-day, interactive, workshop for groups or teams with a current strategic planning, goal setting, futuring, or similar facilitation need. Teams of 6-12 people will participate in a group overview of the process and will then work with an MSU Extension facilitator as their team’s coach and instructor on their specific project to practice the process that they were taught. At the conclusion of the interactive session groups will have completed a visioning session called a consensus workshop that will determine 5-7 priorities for future action.

Group Price: $450
Cancellations received on or after Aug. 29, 2025, for the September 17 session, will incur a $100 cancellation fee.
Due to the interactive nature of the program and level of engagement required, participants are asked to engage fully during the three hours without phone calls, meetings and other interruptions that might diminish the experience for all.
