8-Hour ServSafe® Manager Training & Certification Exam
MSU Extension offers an 8-hour ServSafe® Manager training course and certification exam. This class is designed for anyone working in the foodservice industry, including non-profit organizations. Participants must receive a 70% score on the exam to earn a certificate.

Cost: The course is $75 per person.
Cancellations received less than one week before the class date will incur a $25 cancellation fee.
The ServSafe® Manager Book 9th Ed. with Exam Answer Sheet is required for the course. The textbook is available to order in English, Spanish, or Chinese. For other languages, please visit the ServSafe® website.
Textbook Requirement - Must Purchase Separately
After registering for this class you will receive a confirmation message that includes the instructions on how to purchase the textbook, ServSafe® Manager 9th edition book with answer sheet, with answer sheet. The book needs to be read before attending the class.
Exams
ServSafe® printed exams are available in French Canadian, Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, and Spanish. Contact the instructor if you would like to take the exam in one of these languages. This request must be made two weeks in advance of the exam date.
Instructors
Classes are taught by MSU Extension educators, who are certified instructors and exam proctors through the National Restaurant Association.

Accommodations
