ServSafe® Manager Training and Certification Exam - Van Buren

MSU Extension offers ServSafe® Food Protection Manager training course and certification exam. This class is designed for anyone working in the foodservice industry, including non-profit organizations.

Participants must receive a 70% score or better to pass this exam and receive their Food Safety Manager Certificate. All exams are graded by the National Restaurant Association and take approximately 7-10 business days to process.

ServSafe® printed exams are available in French Canadian, Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, and Spanish.  

Registration Information

The cost of the 8-hour course is $75 per person and does not include the cost of the ServSafe® Manager Book & Exam Answer Sheet 7th Edition Revised.

Textbook Requirement - Must Purchase Separately

After registering for this class you will receive a confirmation email that includes instructions on how to purchase the ServSafe® Manager Book & Exam Answer Sheet 7th Edition Revised.

Instructors

Classes are taught by MSU Extension educators, who are certified instructors and exam proctors through the National Restaurant Association.
