Chronic Pain PATH Telephone Workshop in the Evening
Thursdays, 6:30-7:30 p.m. ET
If you feel tired, overwhelmed, or isolated because of your chronic pain, this program gives you the tools to feel better. You will learn how to:
- Deal with pain, fatigue, and feeling alone
- Chose medical treatments that are right for you
- Make healthier food choices to manage pain
- Talk with family, friends, and healthcare providers about your pain
Program benefits may include:
- Increased energy and less fatigue
- Decreased depression
- Improved ways to talk to healthcare providers and family
- Reduced medication use to manage pain
The telephone workshop meets for 1 hour weekly for 6 weeks. You must have a telephone to attend this workshop. When you register, you agree to attend all six sessions. Please let your facilitator know if you are going to be absent.

This workshop is free for Michigan residents. Family members, friends, and caregivers are encouraged to attend with you.
