Are you an older adult or living with a disability? Do you want to stay active, reduce your risk of falls, and improve your sleep quality? Our unique online program combines Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention with the Sleep Education for Everyone Program (SLEEP)—and it’s completely FREE!

Program Details:
- Format: 16 sessions of engaging learning and practice
- Duration: 90 minutes each session
- Platform: Interactive Zoom meetings with group discussions (cameras on for safety during Tai Chi)
