Winter Tree Identification and Symptoms of Injury

A one hour lecture on how to identify trees during the winter months and recognize signs of tree decline. Lecture will be followed by a 1/2—1 mile walk in Nicholson nature center to spot signs of winter injury. Outdoor walk will be on an unpaved trail.

Certified extension master gardeners: Attendees will earn 2.5 continuing education hours which should be reported under Environmental stewardship - Native plants.
Extension master gardeners eligible for 2.5 education hours to be listed as Environmental stewardship - Native plants.  

Instructor: Bob Bricault is a consumer horticulture extension educator with expertise in landscaping and turf.
