This two-hour webinar is designed to support Extension professionals in understanding the facilitation process and research tools for guiding communities in developing a Local Hazard Mitigation Plan. These plans are essential for reducing the impacts of natural disasters and building resilient communities. This webinar will provide step-by-step guidance and tools to help you facilitate a local planning process that meets the needs of your communities and meets the requirements of FEMA.
