Wexford County MSU Extension
401 N. Lake St. Suite 300
Cadillac, MI  49601

Participants will add to their existing teaching practices that promote literacy in the preschool classroom.  The literacy knowledge and skills developed in the preschool years predict later literacy achievement and these trainings will give you the knowledge and tools to equip children with the skills they will need to become readers!

The 10 Essential Practices have been outlined by Michigan's Early Literacy Task Force in an effort to increase Michigan's capacity to improve children's literacy.  Let's work together to promote the next generation of readers, writers and thinkers!

Registration for Literacy Essentials 4 & 5 is open.
Registration closes at 11:59 p.m. on July 10, 2019.
