2025 Tai Chi for Diabetes Community Practice and Play

We will continue to practice modifications and you will be lead by certified instructor but you must have been through the beginners class for Tai chi for Diabetes.

- Improves mind, body, an spirit
- Reduces stress and increases relaxation
Modifications will be provided for those who want to attend seated or standing.
This program is targeted to help older adults and older adults with disabilities at risk for fall stay active and learn other strategies for a healthy lifestyle
