Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention to the present moment without judgment. Learn the importance of mirthful laughter and how it benefits you physically, emotionally and socially. You will learn about the therapeutic history of laughter and how to incorporate laughter and playfulness into your daily routine to become more resilient to stress.
