Preserving MI Harvest-Canning Basics is an online home food preservation class. During this class, you will learn best practices for safe home canning using recommended canning methods. You will also receive research-based resources to use to ensure the safety of your home-preserved foods.

Classes will be offered on the following dates:

  • May 19, from 6-7 p.m. ET
  • June 18, from 6-7 p.m. ET
  • July 23, from 6-7 p.m. ET
  • August 20, from 6-7 p.m. ET
  • September 22, from 6-7 p.m. ET
