New Year, New You!
3rd Wednesday of each Month in 2025
12 - 12:45 p.m. ET
Online via Zoom
Are you ready to turn the page on a new chapter and celebrate each stage of life with confidence and joy? This year, we're taking a fresh approach to aging—embracing it, thriving through it, and making every moment count! Join our 12 lesson series, where each month we'll unlock key habits for staying healthy, vibrant, and empowered. It is time to set new goals, break old habits, and embrace improvements in various areas of life—whether physical health, mental well-being, or relationships. It’s about re-evaluating yourself and striving to become a better version of yourself in the coming year.
These sessions are open to anyone who wants to take time out of their day to do something whether it's nourishing your body, nurturing your mind, or deepening your connections. These keys will help you age with grace, strength, and purpose. A different topic will be covered during each virtual session. You only have to register once, and you choose which sessions you want to attend. A confirmation email will be sent on the day of each session as a reminder.
Make 2025 your best year yet—because aging isn't about getting older, it's about getting better!
