Food Safety Preventative Controls Alliance (FSPCA) Preventive Controls for Human Food – Blended Training Course Part 2

The FSPCA blended training course was developed to provide individuals an alternative to the instructor-led 3-day program to complete the FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food course. This course is recognized by the FDA and successful completion of this course is one way to meet the requirements for a "preventive controls qualified individual.

There is a registration fee of $395 per person. Specialty crop growers from West Michigan Works! region (Allegan, Barry, Ionia, Kent, Montcalm, or Muskegon county) may be eligible for reimbursement of the training cost through the MDARD Specialty Crop Block Grant

NOTE: You must have successfully completed the Part 1: Online course within the last nine months to qualify for this Part 2 course. Participants who fail to complete the Part 1 course within the time frame noted, will not be eligible for this Part 2 course. Those who enroll in the Part 2 course, but fail to complete the training, will be required to re-enroll and pay the registration fees again. There are no extensions granted and no refunds given.
