Given the current concerns about novel coronavirus, the 2020 Master Gardener College is being postponed. This was a difficult decision for MSU Extension to make, however our top priority is the health and well being of our Extension Master Gardener volunteers and trainees, as well as vendors and speakers who make this event possible.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, World Health Organization and other agencies are currently recommending the public practice social distancing. Postponing the event is the most responsible course of action to mitigate any potential risks to participants and the friends and family with whom these individuals will come into contact.
Since MSU Extension is committed to providing hands-on experiential learning for Extension Master Gardeners through the Master Gardener College, the event will be postponed to August 19-21, 2021. Please be sure to save the dates on your calendar. The event will be held at the Kellogg Hotel and Conference Center in East Lansing, Mich.
Participant registration will not open until late spring / early summer of 2021.
