Healthcare and Health Insurance, April 16
In this interactive workshop you will learn practical tips to 1) integrate your health, health care, and health insurance into farm risk management, and 2) integrate health insurance costs into household and/or farm enterprise budgets. If you’re exploring new health care and health insurance options, building your farm budget for the upcoming year, exploring new health care and health insurance options, or looking at changes in your family, this workshop is for you!  

Childcare, April 23
Wondering where childcare fits in your farm plan? There are many benefits to raising children on the farm, but it can also be stressful. In this interactive workshop, you will learn practical tips to design your farm for family well-being, integrate childcare into farm risk management, and decide how to apply childcare costs into farm and/or household budgets. If you’re taking care of children or thinking about having children, whether actively farming or still in the farm planning stage, this workshop is for you!

Cost: FREE, Refreshments provided
