August 17 - A lot has changed in the science of food preservation. Learn research tested techniques for canning high acid foods using a water bath canner and a steam canner.

September 1 - Does a pressure canner intimidate you? This is a class catered to those wanting to can meat, vegetables and other low-acid foods. We will go through the steps for pressure canning.

These classes will provide you with handouts and resources to reference.

This workshop will be taught by an experienced MSU Extension food safety educator.

Cost: FREE
