Join us August 23-24, 2024 for the 2024 Master Gardener Conference. 

The Interlochen Center for the Arts will serve as host for our two-day science-based gardening event. The 1,200-acre campus is surrounded by nature and nestled between two lakes. The campus includes several hiking trails; beaches; and a Botanical Lab and Community Garden with a school garden, hoop houses, outdoor kitchens, an apiary, pollinator garden, permaculture site, and aquaponics. There are so many reasons to visit Interlochen’s campus and we can’t wait to delight Extension Master Gardeners with all there is to offer.

Participant Registration

Participant registration will open around lunchtime on May 22, 2024.

Registration is $325 per person and will include:

  • Three world-class keynote presentations
  • A combination of five educational breakout sessions or three hands-on workshops
  • Access to the Garden Marketplace
  • One breakfast and Dinner
  • Two lunches
  • A tranquil, retreat like setting where you can enjoy the venue, while connecting with your fellow Extension Master Gardeners.
Registration includes both days of the event. Single day registrations are not available.

Cancellation Policy

Master Gardener Conference participant registration fees are refundable, less a $20.00 cancellation fee, until Aug. 1, 2024. After that date, refunds will no longer be available.
Sponsor, Vendor and Advertising registration fees are non-refundable on and after August 1, 2024.

Accommodations

Michigan State University is committed to providing equal opportunity for participation in all programs, services and activities. Accommodations for persons with disabilities may be requested by contacting the event contact two weeks prior to the start of the event. Requests received after this date will be honored whenever possible.
