Discover the Chronic Pain PATH Workshop!

What: Chronic Pain PATH (Personal Action Towards Health) is an interactive online self-management series designed for people living with chronic pain. In this introductory session, MSU Extension Health Educators will provide an overview of the program with the opportunity to ask questions and register for an upcoming series.
Who should attend: People living with chronic pain- their family members, friends, and caregivers are encouraged to attend as well. Health professionals may also attend this information session to learn more about the PATH programs and other health related workshops offered by MSU Extension.
