ONLINE Tai Chi for Arthritis and Falls Prevention

1:30-2:30 p.m. EST

- Prevents falls
- Improves mind, body, and spirit
- Reduces stress and increases relaxation
Modifications will be provided for those who want to attend seated or standing.
This program is targeted to help older adults and older adults with disabilities at risk for falls to stay active. Classes will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting on April 6 and running until June 3.
If you are new to Zoom video conferencing, please contact Christi Demitz (email@example.com or 517-490-1608) prior to class, and she can help you set up and become familiar with the Zoom platform.
