SLEEP: Sleep Education for Everyone Program ONLINE

Tuesdays, June 4-July 9, 2024
10-10:30 a.m. ET

During the workshop, we will share information that can help you improve how much and/or how well you sleep. Each week you will be given a sleep challenge to try, so you can track the effectiveness of changing your sleep behaviors. 

Module 1: Sleep Basics
Module 2: Sleep Hygiene
Module 3: Stimulus Control Therapy
Module 4: Mindfulness
Module 5: Physical Activity
Module 6: Sleep Myths

Each module includes a short video designed to deliver key concepts, time to discuss the topic, group problem-solving, and goal setting.

Cost: There is no cost for the workshop. The program is supported financially by Michigan State University Extension.
