Program Information
Let's take a walk to celebrate National Swan Day, Trumpeter Swans have made an incredible comeback thanks to excellent partnerships, exciting adventures, and educational leadership. So, let's take some time to appreciate these fantastic birds. We will discuss Jo Johnson's work reintroducing trumpeter swans to Michigan, its conservation impact across the Midwest, and the recent removal from Michigan's threatened and endangered species list. This hike will be geared towards adults, but avid junior birders are welcome!

Cancellation Policy for Events Requiring Registration:
If the W.K. Kellogg Bird Sanctuary cancels a program due to weather or other circumstances, a full refund will be issued. A full refund will be issued if a registrant must cancel before the event’s registration deadline—no refunds on the day of an event or after. No space will be held without full payment for events requiring prepayment. Registrations can be transferred at any time.
