MSU Extension Community Practice and Play for Part 1 and 2 Tai Chi for Arthritis

Join us for an opportunity to develop our skills in Tai Chi for Arthritis Part 1 and 2. We will practice with certified instructors, the complete sets of one and two, including the warmups and cool downs, and be available to answer questions specific to these particular forms as developed by Tai Chi for Health Institute.
