MSU Extension - Wayne County would like to honor you for all of your hard work and effort in helping to make the lives of others better through your volunteer service. We hope you can join your fellow MSU Extension Master Gardeners for the 2020 Volunteer Recognition Event to be held on Sunday, June 14, 2020 in Detroit. 

This event will be different from years past. This will be a causal gathering for families to enjoy one of the gems of Detroit.

Below are the specific details on this celebration and recognition event:

Location: Belle Isle Park
                Shelter 9
                99 Pleasure Drive
                Detroit, MI 48207

Program:   10 - 11 a.m. - Welcome Reception
                  11 a.m. - 1 p.m. - Lunch
                  1 - 2 p.m. - Volunteer Recognition 
                  2 - 4 p.m. - Tour Belle Isle

Cost: $5 per person
Lunch: Bring a dish to pass
Food Assignment: 
Master Gardener Trainees - Beverage or dessert
Basic Certification in 2019 - You decide what to bring!
Advanced Certification in 2019 - You decide what to bring!
Extension Master Gardener for 2 - 4 years - Salad
Extension Master Gardener for 4 - 6 years - Main Dish
Extension Master Gardener for more than 6 years - Bread or dessert 
MSU will provide plates, cutlery, paper products and cake

           Credit Card:  Payment must be received by June 13, 2020
           Checks:  Payable to MSU and postmarked by June 1, 2020
