Have you ever visited the windmill on the W.K. Kellogg Manor House estate and wondered how it was once used? Do you enjoy local farm fresh food? If yes, then we have prepared an evening that is sure to please. Our event will start off with a presentation by author and historian Alisa Crawford who will share her knowledge on Michigan's two original Dutch Windmills. 100 miles apart, these two windmills have inspired our dinner which will be procured between the two cities where the windmills now reside.
Sweet Pea Bisque with Fresh Mint

Chopped Tomato Salad with KBS Gouda Cheese
Grilled Chicken and Northwood's Sausage
served with Mashed Cauliflower, Kale and Potatoes
alongside seasonal vegetables

Thin crispy Belgian Waffles with vanilla ice cream,
chocolate ganache and salted caramel
Arrive at 5:30 p.m. to enjoy a guided tour of the Manor House. Following dinner you are welcome to walk to the windmill with our presenter.
There is no fee collected at time of registration for this event. An invoice will issued at event
that will include any additional on-site purchases.
A cocktail menu will be offered at event.
Price of event includes guided tour of the Manor as well as shopping in our holiday market.
