10 - 11 a.m. EST

via virtual (Zoom)

This a FREE event and is virtual.

The Today's Mom program provides nutrition education to limited-resource moms-to-be, but any mom-to-be is welcomed. Today's Mom aims to improve the dietary and physical activity habits of moms-to-be in ways that are sustainable before, during, and after pregnancy. It contributes to the mom's personal development, physical development, and to the nutritional welfare of baby.

In conjunction with diet, physical activity can help them have a more comfortable pregnancy and easier delivery, and a healthy birth outcome.

The program is comprised of a series of six lessons. The dates of the series are Oct. 7, Oct. 14, Oct. 21, Oct. 28, Nov. 4 and Nov. 11. You may attend all or select programs.

Registration for Today's Mom - A FREE Virtual Program for Moms-to-be is open.

Registration closes at 11:59 p.m. on November 10, 2020.
