ServSafe - Food Safety for Food Handlers
This course is designed for foodservice workers, non-profit volunteers, and anyone handling food to be provided to the public. Using the ServSafe Food Handler Guide the course five key areas:
- Basic Food Safety
- Personal Hygiene
- Cross-Contamination & Allergens
- Time and Temperature
- Cleaning and Sanitation
Cost: $20
Certificate of completion and manual included with the course fee.
Registration for 4-Hour ServSafe Food Handler Training is open.
