MSU FIC Wildlife Food Plot Field Day

MSU FIC will host a Wildlife Food Plot Field day options for the DIY Landowner in the UP.
This event will showcase:
- Food plot options along trail systems,
- Controlling invasive plants/shrubs with mechanical and chemical options to expand and protect small food plots,
- Oak tree planting for mast crops (tree selection, planting, protection from deer, chemical control of weeds, realistic expectations
- Planted visual screens to enter and exit areas
- Planning and implementing salvage harvests of dead/dying ash trees to enhance wildlife food plot options
- Small scale equipment demos
Lunch will be provided to those that preregister!
Cost: FREE
